2018 - Football in Russia

The end for the German team

Football in Russia - Public Viewing in the Netherlands - 2018 - during the World Cup

On June 27, South Korea played against Germany and won 2-0. The German team had many chances, 70% ball possession and better fair play. The German team was not able to convince. The German Mannschaft crashed out of World Cup group stage after defeat by South Korea.

We hope that the German team can qualify for the next European Championship. In 2020, the Euros will take place in 12 European cities and in 12 European countries. This is a special feature of the 60th anniversary of the European Championship. Good news for (German) football fans in the Netherlands: They can go to the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam for 3 group games and one round of 16 match. We are looking forward to it.
